We begin our season on November 17, 2019, with the concert "Distinguished Lives" sung by Soprano Amy Canchola. Amy paints a picture of the four lives of immigrant women in the song cycle "Sueños De Esperanza" (2013) by composer Henry Mollicone. Then we hear the emotional song cycle, "Vignettes," written by Alan Smith about Evelyn & George Honts and the correspondence of young George, a soldier in WWII, to his Nevada-born bride.
